Updating E-Series Firmware	Aspire	6/4/2011
Can anyone please tell me how to update the firmware on my E-Series. I tried to download "Flir Tools" that is supposed to run on a PC and then update the firmware on the camera but as soon as I run it, it gives an error and doesnt run. Maybe its not good for Windows 7. Any help is appreciated. The problem with my E Series is that when i turn off the camera, the power light stays on (solid) and doesnt go away. The sales rep. told me that I need to update my firmware but the direction I got from them to update my firmware are not good. Thanks
