We are using a ThermaCam E2 Camera, but the image captured by the thermacam are not compatable with ThermaCam Reporter Software. How we can do the analysis like different areas, spots, profile.
If anybody have any idea to do the same.

The E2 camera saves images in a standard jpg format, what you see on the screen is what is saved. The standard jpg format does not allow post processing of thermal data.
The ThermaCAM E4 saves a radiometric jpg that allows post processing. Contact your FLIR sales agent regarding an upgrade of your E2 to an E4 so you can post analyze the images.
