| Does anyone have an IR Thermography Needs Survey/Assessment Form suitable for a range of industries or plants they would be willing to pass on? This is to survey in a uniform way what needs plants or industries might have for the deployment of IR surveillance or monitoring. |

Insurance companies have a minumun check list.
you can start looking around some of them.
most of insurance companies have 'Lost and risk prevention' areas or depts.
if find some please post it here.
