Does anyone have an IR Thermography Needs Survey/Assessment Form suitable for a range of industries or plants they would be willing to pass on? This is to survey in a uniform way what needs plants or industries might have for the deployment of IR surveillance or monitoring.

Insurance companies have a minumun check list. you can start looking around some of them. most of insurance companies have 'Lost and risk prevention' areas or depts. if find some please post it here. regards
