IR Building CONTRACT	2020	3/9/2006
Could anyone share a simple contract they use with clients when performing an IR inspection on a building. I am doing work for medium size condominium complex and it is all word of mouth however I would like to have a short simple contract next time that specifies scope and charges and of course grants permission to be in private property. I have an IR moisture intrusion agreement that I use for roofs (and modify as needed for whole structure, etc...)that I am happy to share. It may provide a good starting point for anyone to customize one for their own business. Email request to housecheckers@gmail.com.
