Network issues Videe 3/8/2007
I work at a large automotive manufacturer.
I own an EX320.
When I need to download my images from the camera on the job run into peer to peer issues with the Corporate network. IT needs to make adjustments almost everytime I plug in because as far as I can tell this camera when connected by the USB cable is essentially networked.
How can resolve this??

When connected t6o the Camera there will be a Network connection "FLIR ...."
Open Network connections from Control Panel.
Right Click on the FLIR Network connection and select Properties.
Select the TCP/IP Protocol and then Properties
In the General Tab select Advanced
Uncheck "Automatic metric" and put in 80 in the "Interface metric:"

This should remove the problem with the network.
If you have more then one camera this is needed on everyone when connected.
