What type of thermography is the best one for flame temperature measurement?
We are looking for the thermography which can measure the temperature distribution of flames. However, many factors, especially the emissivity determination will introduce gross measurement errors. Is there any good advices? Can you recommend a good thermography? Thanks a lot!

This depends greatly on what type of flame gases you are trying to measure. A spectral analysis of the flame is very helpful in determining the wavelength choice of detector and filtering that may be necessary.
Once that is done then a camera can be recommended. |
