I am level 1 ITC certified and going for my electrical ITC certification. I don't know if that's what they were talking about or maybe just being a member? Please help!! I believe that the 10K is for Corporate Membership. Perhaps someone else could confirm that.
Consider this:
All ITC Course Certifications meet or exceed ASNT (American Society for Non-Destructive Testing) SNT-TC-1A guidelines. Level I and Level II courses are recognized by the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA), an accredited standards developer for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
