Environmental vertex 5/6/2008
What type of temperature signature would be detected when looking for underground tanks? say fuel oil. I do not have a picture to share just looking for information at this time. Thanks

The signature you are looking for is a recognizable difference of temp in the area you are searching that indicates "one of these things is not like the other". Consider the depth of the tank and what it is buried in. What is in the tank? Is there solar loading? What other clues are there? A bump or depression in the ground?
