Plastered walls alad711@aol.com 10/8/2008
I have not had a lot of experience in thermal imaging. Most of my experience has come from water damages. I have a chance to work with a home inspector here in Florida. The house I am going to inspect with him probably has plastered walls. I have not had experience with them. What should I expect? The weather here in Florida has not been very hot as is usually the case. Will I be able to see the studs and missing insulation? What about the doors and windows for air leaks? The HVAC usually in these homes have their return and distribution vents in the floor. How do I determine if the HVAC system is okay? I want to look good. I can use the work?
