Reflected apparent temperatures Paulie19 3/24/2009
When setting your rat for indoor use where there are no reflected sources do you utilize the room temperature for rat or leave the space for rat at zero being there is no delta t in this application?
Thanks
Paul

Do not set TRefl to zero.
Whatever the case, TRefl has to be measured. And the best technique is the one described in ISO 18434-1: the crinkled clean aluminum foil.
For indoor measurements with stable conditions, TRefl is usually close to the air temperature, but not exactly the same.
