Hi, I have a client who uses Hydrofluoric Acid as part of a process and they are concerned about fumes and are enquiring as to whether the Gas FindIR HSX can detect these fumes. Client is 2400 miles away from where I operate so a quick visit is not an option, has anyone out there had any success in locating Hydrofluoric Acid Fumes with their Gas FindIR camera? Thank You

The GasFindIR camera will not see HF fumes.It sees Carbon-Hydrogen bonded compounds, ethyl and methyl groups as well as benzene.
