FLIR Reporter 8 - Template Design Essentials
The Template Design Essentials course discusses how to leverage features of Microsoft Word and FLIR Reporter to create powerful and unique report templates. You will learn how to create a new template file from scratch, utilizing FLIR's unique IR Viewer and other tools to display IR image information. Page layout techniques will be discussed, such as how to use Word tables to create a professional looking page format. Text Comments and Text Comment Files will be discussed. A Text Comment File can be used with many FLIR cameras to annotate images when they are saved in the camera. This text will automatically transfer to the report. Reporter 8.5 can combine multiple page formats into a single template file. The process of creating these extra template pages, and using them with the Pro Wizard, will be discussed. This is a powerful feature because it allows you to seamlessly combine various page styles into a single, comprehensive report.
