What do you mean with Offline. With the Free version you can either import images from your T6XX Series or E Series Camera or you will need to have internet connection (Wifi) to download the sample images.
The Pay version you will also be able to download images from FTP, Dropbox, box.NET (You can read more about the online content management services we support on ( http://www.dropbox.com/ , http://box.net/ )
