One of the laptops which we use for Report writing has suddenly developed a problem with the Palette selection. Click on an IR Image, go to settings, click on Palettes. It says that there are no Palettes. I've checked in the files through Windows Explorer and they are there but
Reporter 2000 cannot find them. (It found them before) Any ideas or suggestions will be welcome.

Launch Reporter 2000.
In the settings Menu, there is File Location Option. Check that the location for palettes is pointing to the correct place. |

Thank you for the response, we've checked as you suggest and it is correct so we will try reloading the software and see what happens.

To ITC Canada.
Your solution was correct, the person who checked the settings did not check correctly, before we loaded the software again I checked it myself and found that somehow the setting had changed to an incorrect setting.
Many thanks
