I own an EX320.

Open Network connections from Control Panel.
Right Click on the FLIR Network connection and select Properties.
Select the TCP/IP Protocol and then Properties
In the General Tab select Advanced
Uncheck "Automatic metric" and put in 80 in the "Interface metric:"
This should remove the problem with the network.
If you have more then one camera this is needed on everyone when connected.
