Hi,
I work as an inspector in the petrochemical industry and need an ATEX Certified infrared camera to perform our inspections.
Does anyone have information on such a system? I have heard rumours about a system called ExCAM due for release but cant find any information??
Thanks,
Rob

Thanks Roberto, but it doesnt help too much.
We need a radiometric camera that is ATEX certified, for DSEAR inspections within our explosive atmospheres. It seems the Ex|CAM AP-Pro from Hawk IR offers this in a single package???? http://www.hawkthermography.com/ does anyone have any experience of this camera?
I have spoken with our safety officer and if an ATEX certified camera is available then, the certified version must be used in preference to a non-certified version even when coupled with a gas detector.
This is actually a European legal requirement....
