| Hi! I'm looking for an expert in the field of thermal imaging devices used in policing. Anybody know an expert who specializes in policing uses of these devices? Thanks so much for any help! I'm located in the Eastern United States, so it would be helpful if the expert was from the States, and the East, if that is possible. |

Is this for an airborne application or a ground application? If it is an airborne application the name of the man who knows more about this than anyone is Marty Donohue in Melbourne, FL.
