there are several mold plastic Factories around the place where i live.. some surveys is just for the electrical and distribution systems.
where i can read more about infrared and plastic molding?..

onother important thing are the heating resistant, they are over the extruser, the forming technique whereby a material is forced, by compression, through a die orifice.
It is very important the uniform heating because the quality, by infrared thermography you can detect obstructions and resistance problems.

Hey Walter ..
Seems like to have some experience on plastic due the fact that talks very fluid technical language used on plastics machines..
what about the molds?.. i undestand that they are moved by hidraulic oil forces and mold cooling is diferent from plant to plant ?.. is that true?.

Just many years looking at everything...
Yep, there are many mold type, but it's always the same, just diferents figures. Don't forget to use rain pallet, because isotherm.
