Just purchased a new laptop with Windows Vista operating system. I can't get ThermaCAM Quickview to load. Loaded it on another machine, to check the disc, that was using Windows XP and it worked fine. Any ideas?

QuickView can unfortunately not be installed on Windows Vista.
You need to upgrade to QuickReport to make it work on Windows Vista.
Please contact me in the Canadian Office and we can see what we can do.

My problem has been resolved. Thanks to Pelle Soderberg at Flir Systems. My problem was posted on Saturday and resolved by Pelle on the same day - Thanks again.

Dave Campbell Thanks Mr.David for the information provided in solving my problem. I had downloaded Quick Report from Flir Customer Help Center and it just worked fine. It is much better than ThermaCam Quick View.
