I am meeting a home inspector tomorrow. Is some one out there working with a home inspector? Can you give me some insight on what their hot button may be? I would like to hook up with this home inspector and would appreciate any insite.

Just make sure he understands what you are doing. You are not there to make the sale or lose the sale. Be truthful and everything should go great.
