Price list or suggestions |

I have a chance to do some thermal imaging for a local college. They want me to give them some sort of price guide. On each job I would be asked what would be the job cost? The jobs would be sporadic and over a period of time. Most of the scope would be on small areas of their buildings. Their buildings run from one story to about six stories. This is to find the leaks in the building. I will be asked from time to time to check out their air conditioners on their roof. So I need a few Ideas and/or price list. |

Set up a 3 stage price list.
1. Buy the HR.
2. Buy the day
3. Buy the complete Job with you coming back each month with Views as the weather condition are right for the job... Only you known how much you overhead is. Insurance cost and so on.

Ron Ron, They want me to give them a general price list.
What they have initial propose is; they will show me the problem in the building. I will be shown the symptoms that they found or damage. Now I will need to find and locate the cause of the problem and tell them in the report how to fix it. On that basis I need to give them a set price before I perform the work. Keep in mind I may have to thermal scan the out side of the building. That may require both early morning visit and evening visit to determine exterior cause and solution. |

Hourly is a good idea for small jobs or give them a sliding scale. I bid a job that was over 217,000 sq. ft @ 6 cents a square foot and verified with moisture meters and mapped and gave a report. Done in two days with two cameras and also took digital images. Can't wait to get the B 60 next! |
