| I have vista and office 2000 pro installed on a laptop. Everything installed fine, I thought.I can't seem to get anything to work properly. Can't even download the photos. Is this because of Vista? I tried to install sr4 it told me that it didn't find reporter for the update. If I look in programs, not there. If I go to uninstall programs, It's there. |

Only versions or Reporter 8.2 and higher are Vista compatible.
Please contact your local sales contact to discuss upgrading. |
